紫陽花

黒い古陶に、紫陽花を一枝。それだけで、もう梅雨の午後がそこにある、という気がしてきます。

紫陽花というのは、不思議な花です。小さな花が集まって大輪となり、いかにも豪華な姿を見せてくれますが、どこか翳があるようにも感じられます。華やぐというより、佇む。そういういけ方もまた似合いそうです。
