講師の井上太市が『ざ・いけのぼう』2026年6月号21頁「雨の日をいける」のコーナーを担当しました。
「水たまり」というお題を与えられていけた花です。幼い頃は水たまりを見つけると喜び勇んでその中に飛び込んだものですが、今は靴が濡れるのを嫌って水たまりを避けて通ります。水たまりの印象が正から負へいつの間にか逆転していたのです。こういうことって結構ありますよね。なんだかつまらない大人になってしまったようです。子どもの頃に見たキラキラと輝いていた水たまりの印象を表してみました。
My ikebana was featured in the June issue of “The Ikenobo”. The theme I was given was “puddles.” As a child, I would get excited and jump right into puddles whenever I found one. Now, I avoids them so my shoes don’t get wet. Without noticing, my feeling about puddles had flipped from positive to negative. This kind of thing happens a lot, doesn’t it? I felt like I had become a boring adult. With this Ikebana, I tried to capture the bright, sparkling image of puddles I remembered from childhood.
